Maintenance before use

1. Check whether the oil pool, oil level and oil mark meet the specified standards. If they do not meet the requirements, oil should be replenished in time.

2. Check whether the button is flexible and there is no blocking.

3. Check whether the grounding cable of the motor is loose, detached, or damaged. If it is loose, it should be tightened. If it falls off or is damaged, it should notify maintenance personnel to deal with it.

4. Check whether the safety protection device is complete and reliable.

5. Check whether the handle is flexible.

6. Tighten loose nuts.

In-service maintenance

1. Start the hydraulic pump to check whether the function of the hydraulic pump is good, and whether the sealing parts and pipelines are blocked and leaked.

2. Check whether the limit switch works properly and the block is located properly.

3. Always pay attention to whether the temperature rise and sound of each moving part are normal.

Maintenance after use

1. Check and clean the active parts.

2. Each control handle (switch) is placed in neutral (zero position).
