Hydraulic automated production line for forming medals, commemorative coins, gold coins and silver coins

At the end of 2023, a German customer customized a full set of hydraulic automated production lines for forming commemorative coins from Jianlong Hydraulic Technology, including hydraulic presses, automated manipulators and air compressors. Since the German customer had an understanding of the hydraulic automated production line for forming medals, commemorative coins, gold coins and silver coins that Jianlong Hydraulic Technology had customized for other customers in the early stage, and the production line was also a patented product of Jianlong Hydraulic Technology; therefore, both parties were very synchronous and efficient in demand communication, drawing design and other detailed communication, which provided a solid foundation for subsequent production.

This set of hydraulic automated production line for forming commemorative coins was put into production after the Chinese New Year holiday in 2024, and all processes were completed at the end of March. It was exported to Germany in April, and Jianlong Hydraulic Technology engineers went to Germany in May to guide the production installation and complete the training of the other party's technical personnel. At present, the production line can be officially put into production.

1. Technical features of the hydraulic automatic production line for forming medals, commemorative coins, gold coins and silver coins

1.1 This equipment adopts Italian imported servo and Japanese Mitsubishi intelligent system control, and the pressure sensor and electrical adopt German brands. It has extremely high intelligent operability, strong stability and low noise;

1.2 The equipment adopts IoT touch screen control, with remote after-sales debugging worldwide, quickly solving after-sales time problems, and convenient for customers to monitor the operation status of the equipment in real time throughout the day;

1.3 The fuselage is made of solid steel plate after processing and tempering. The overall fuselage structure has strong tensile resistance. It adopts a four-column structure, an extended guide sleeve guide, strong wear resistance, high pressing precision of the equipment, and stable operation;

1.4 The control space is large, the oil cylinder adopts an integral forging process, and the Japanese NOK seal is wear-resistant and highly sealed;

1.5 This equipment has high control accuracy, fast pressing speed, adjustable speed, displacement repeatability accuracy ±0.01mm, and pressure accuracy ±0.5%.

2.1 Processes such as stamping and embossing of badges, medals, gold coins, commemorative coins and game tokens;

2.2 Processes such as stamping, forming, shallow drawing, shaping, overmolding and trimming of metal or non-metal parts;

2.3 It can also press watch cases, watch straps, glasses, frames, photo frames, tableware, signs, locks, hardware parts, etc.
